About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a commercial real estate location in Chandler, Arizona. The officer will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control and alarm response. The role includes providing customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. The position is scheduled for morning day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $18.53 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building perimeters, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and critical infrastructure locations.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate professionally with site management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.
