About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a site in Sylmar, California. The officer will monitor security systems and surveillance feeds, identify suspicious activity and potential threats, respond to incidents, patrol the premises, control access to secure areas, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 32 hours per week. The hourly wage is $19.50. DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training. Additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.
Have strong report-writing skills.
Have good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus.
Have strong proficiency with technology.
