About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a site in Sylmar, California. The role focuses on surveillance and identifying potential threats before they escalate in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 32 hours per week. The position pays $19.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and the ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
