About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Mobeetie, Texas, you will help safeguard a financial institution by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors and help create a welcoming environment through customer service. The role includes responding to incidents and alarms, conducting routine patrols, monitoring access and visitor activity, and following site-specific security procedures.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and responding agencies while following company and location-specific procedures.
