About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Fulton, Missouri. The officer will help safeguard clients by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, supporting access control and alarm response, and helping deter incidents. The role also involves customer service, communication, and responding to situations in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience.
Alarm panel experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating information according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic, and verify authorized access as directed.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports.
