About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Spring, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. The role involves engaging with residents and visitors, communicating clearly, delivering exceptional customer service, and responding to security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The pay rate is $13.25 per hour.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a secure environment.
Engage with residents and visitors, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns.
