About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Communications in Claude, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries including food and beverage. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, communicating clearly, and responding professionally to site needs while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. This is a full-time position paying $21.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The daytime schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and direct guests according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; communicate observations promptly to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
Observe food and beverage operations for security-related concerns, report hazards or policy violations, and support emergency response activities as directed.
