About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Fairbanks, Alaska. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned hospitality areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. The role also involves providing customer service to guests and staff and supporting a welcoming environment. Work is scheduled Monday and Tuesday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• When appropriate, carry out emergency response activities.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff and support a welcoming environment.
