About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a retail bank site in Victorville, California. The officer monitors surveillance screens and observes details to identify threats before they escalate. The position also involves customer service, access control, patrols, equipment inspections, incident response, and protecting people and property. The schedule is part-time, with shifts Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $20.60. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Hold a California BSIS Guard Card and have completed additional 32-hour BSIS security training. Additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
