About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Visibility for an assigned financial institution site in Stockton, California. The position pays $24.00 per hour and provides fixed weekly anchor shifts that require a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Employees may build up to a full-time schedule of as many as 40 hours per week and may scale back when needed.

The role provides customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Duties include responding to incidents and alarms, conducting unarmed patrols, monitoring access points and visitors, and completing required documentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.
