About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol CPR Ready in San Francisco, California, you will safeguard a financial institution by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will support a welcoming environment, document observations, and respond to routine concerns and incidents in accordance with site protocols.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.
A guard card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site protocols and escalating concerns as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential security issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
