About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Incident Patrol Security Officer in Bristol, Indiana, to support a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while conducting regular and random patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role also involves responding professionally to site needs and incidents, monitoring visitor activity and access points, and helping create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership about observed conditions, incidents, and security concerns.
