About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in East Liberty, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology-focused location. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, provide customer service and communication, and support a welcoming environment through routine rounds, timely reporting, and professional interactions. The position is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site policies, verify credentials as assigned, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
