About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Incident Response in Smyrna, Georgia, you will safeguard clients at a financial institution by conducting armed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires strong communication, sound judgment, and customer service. You will work as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, collaborates, and acts with integrity.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, and Saturday from 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM. The pay rate is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Carry assigned equipment in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, and site requirements.
• Complete accurate incident documentation.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
