About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Morgan Hill, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at an innovative aviation location. This full-time driving post involves conducting routine armed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, deterring incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing professional customer service. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $27.95 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements, is required for this driving position.
Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site procedures and applicable laws.
Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
