About The Position

As a Security Officer Incident Response Patrol in Atlantic City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a healthcare location. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to alarms, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or applicable license.
CPR and First Aid certification.
A state-, county-, or city-issued security-related license.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and professionally, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed, and maintain awareness of restricted areas.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
