About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics location in Hainesport, New Jersey, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role includes conducting routine rounds, communicating professionally, and providing customer service while representing Allied Universal’s culture.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate at a logistics facility.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access to the location and verify authorized personnel and visitors.
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
