About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Tablet Operations at a retail location in Fremont, California, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members and help support a welcoming environment. This part-time position is scheduled for daytime shifts on Monday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security-related license.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the healthcare retail location, reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
