About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer for property patrol in Johnstown, Ohio. At a logistics-focused location, the officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, support access procedures, and provide customer service and communication. The role pays $20.60 per hour and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations; a license may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, observe and report concerns, and support access procedures.
