About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a commercial real estate location in Kansas City, Missouri. The officer will help safeguard the property, maintain a visible security presence, support tenants and visitors, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. The position involves daytime schedule hours listed as Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 12:00 AM to 7:30 AM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by following security procedures and site-specific policies and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property interiors, exterior common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization according to site procedures, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established protocols.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
Communicate security concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to property management and Allied Universal supervision.
