Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Property Patrol

About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a technology-focused location in Boise, Idaho, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will help create a welcoming, secure environment while representing Allied Universal’s people-first culture through teamwork and integrity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, document observations, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders.
