About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas throughout a residential tower, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report observations, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. The role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is scheduled Friday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, report observations, respond to concerns, and maintain a visible presence.
• Communicate professionally with residents and visitors.
