About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. Full-time positions are available, with a pay rate of $19.75 per hour. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Officers must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The role requires monitoring and assessing the environment, following established protocols, communicating effectively, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, hold a valid driver’s license, meet applicable security officer licensing requirements, be able to read, write, and speak English, and be over age 18. The job requires the physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, attentiveness, ability to follow instructions, customer service skills, and communication skills.
