About The Position

Securitas is hiring entry-level Security Officers for full-time data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. The role pays $19.75 per hour. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The position involves monitoring environments, following protocols, assessing situations, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check and meet applicable licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Diligence in monitoring and assessing environments.
• Ability to adhere to protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
