About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling assigned locations. The role preserves order by enforcing site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers observe and report activities and incidents, help protect client property and personnel, and frequently provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers. No prior security experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have customer service experience and excellent customer service skills.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including frequent sitting, standing, and walking, sometimes for long periods, and potentially climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain.
May be required to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
