About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling assigned locations. Officers preserve order by enforcing site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. They observe and report activities and incidents, protect client property and personnel, and frequently provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided for those beginning a career in security. The position pays $18.00 per hour and offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

Driver certification is required.
Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must be able to complete patrols.
Must have strong technology skills, including use of a cell phone and computer.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Nice To Haves

Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a good fit.
