About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, you will help safeguard clients, visitors, and employees. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, clear communication, reliability, integrity, and teamwork. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license only if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures and policies and carrying out emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow site procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
Monitor access points, visitor and vehicle activity, and deliveries according to site requirements.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports.
Report hazards, damaged property, and policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership to help maintain an orderly work environment.
