About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Fluent Spanish Unarmed Patrol in Pomona, California. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role involves communicating clearly in Spanish and English, interacting with customers and team members, and providing service in a welcoming environment. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The position requires customer service, patrol, observation, incident response, and documentation duties. Applicants must speak, read, and write fluent Spanish, be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
