About The Position

As a full-time, unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Rialto, California, you will safeguard clients at a grocery-focused location by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, provide customer service, and communicate clearly in English and Spanish. You will work with integrity and teamwork in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require age 21 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the grocery store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
Monitor access to restricted areas, observe deliveries and vendor activity, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, contact appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site protocols.
Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with company and site requirements.
