Security Officer Experienced Spanish Patrol
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring an experienced Spanish-speaking Unarmed Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients at a grocery retail location in Riverside, California. The officer will monitor and patrol the location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. This is a full-time position paying $19.00 per hour, with scheduled shifts Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The role involves carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, conducting interior and exterior patrols, monitoring access points and activity, responding to incidents and emergencies, and preparing accurate reports. Requirements
- At least two years of security-related experience.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the store interior, exterior, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and delivery activity; maintain a professional presence and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond calmly and with a problem-solving approach to incidents, customer disputes, medical situations, and other critical events, following site-specific procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other required activities in clear and accurate reports.
