About The Position

As a Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol in Falls Church, Virginia, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide customer service and communicate clearly with visitors and employees while helping create a welcoming environment.

This is a full-time position scheduled for daytime shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The pay rate is $24.12 per hour. Applicants must speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws.

Requirements

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.

• Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
• Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Support access control activities and communicate with visitors and employees.
