About The Position

As a part-time unarmed Security Officer Patrol in White Haven, Pennsylvania, you will safeguard a logistics and distribution location by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service, communicate effectively, and report concerns promptly while supporting a welcoming environment. The listed schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following security procedures and site-specific policies and performing appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations; escalate matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery traffic according to established site requirements.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
