About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol security officer in Claude, Texas, serving a food and beverage location. The officer will patrol assigned production, storage, loading, parking, and perimeter areas; monitor access points and visitor activity; help deter incidents; and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role involves customer service, clear communication, accurate documentation, and responding calmly to security concerns and emergencies. The position pays $21.00 per hour with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Monday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Wednesday 5:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Thursday 5:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food and beverage production, storage, loading, parking, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site requirements, and accurately document entries, observations, and incidents.
Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills in incidents and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Maintain a professional presence and communicate site rules and access procedures to employees, contractors, delivery drivers, and visitors.
