About The Position

As a full-time Security Officer in Allentown, Pennsylvania, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. The role involves providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding to site needs with integrity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
