About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer at a food and beverage production or distribution location in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. The officer will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role includes routine rounds, access monitoring, incident response, documentation, and customer service. The scheduled overnight shifts are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access to the location and verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed.
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
