About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Jeffersonville, Indiana, supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer will help safeguard the site by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to concerns, and providing customer service and clear communication.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
