About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Kihei, Hawaii, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and promptly report observations. You will provide customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, vendors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. This is a full-time position paying $21.50 per hour, with scheduled shifts Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor property access, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate contacts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and maintenance-related concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
