About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer in Bristol, Indiana, at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible and professional presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. The role supports a welcoming environment through clear communication and site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. The schedule is overnight: Monday through Wednesday and Thursday and Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and may be subject to background and drug screening. State or local licensing may be required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, access points, and parking areas.
Identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access activity and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific protocols.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional presence and report security-related concerns promptly to help deter unauthorized activity.
