About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer Patrol Inspection in Mira Loma, California, to serve and safeguard clients at a retail and mall location. The officer will maintain a visible presence, conduct patrols, help deter security-related incidents, support a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants, and provide customer service and professional communication. The role is scheduled Monday through Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports.
Communicate professionally with site management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
