About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer service and communicate with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. The position is full-time and pays $19.62 per hour. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and following visitor management procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate reports and daily activity logs documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
