About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Chino, California. The officer will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting access control. The role also involves delivering customer service and clear communication to help maintain a welcoming environment. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with access control and badges.
A Guard Card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter; work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities.
