The role safeguards the site by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing badge access, responding to alarms, and providing professional customer service. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors while following site-specific access-control procedures and security policies.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
Control access to restricted areas, receive and direct authorized personnel, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following emergency response activities and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
