About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed security officer for a logistics and distribution location in Brunswick, Georgia. The officer will safeguard clients by conducting patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role is scheduled for five daytime/evening shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.

A guard card or license.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, yard, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to appropriate locations.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and promptly report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while supporting orderly operations at the logistics and distribution location.
