About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel location in Atlanta, Georgia. The officer will safeguard clients and support a welcoming guest experience by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to security concerns, and communicating professionally with guests and staff. The role is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, at a rate of $19.50 per hour. Applicants must have at least five years of security-related experience, be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing may be required before employment. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations, notifying hotel management and emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security incidents according to site procedures.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused environment.
