About The Position

The Waldorf Astoria New York is seeking an Overnight Security Manager to oversee hotel security operations and facility safety. Responsibilities

• Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns.
• Assist with investigations involving accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, including documentation and follow-up.
• Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards, coordinating with appropriate teams.
• Communicate as needed with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies about security matters.
• Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
