About The Position

This role involves executing security projects from start to finish, primarily in high-end residential homes. The technician will collaborate with other teams, read and execute project documentation, perform wiring (pulling, terminating, and testing infrastructure), and troubleshoot existing systems. The role requires operating in various environments, including non-climate controlled spaces, and timely completion of time sheets after each job or ticket.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• Steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition
• High EQ
• Technically inclined and curious how things work

Responsibilities

• Security Project Execution (Start to Finish)
• Collaborate with other teams/stakeholders as needed
• Read, execute, and update documentation
• Pull, terminate, and test infrastructure wiring
• Experience with DSC, Qolsys, Alarm.com
• Basic understanding of IT, IP schemes, and Wifi
• Service & Troubleshooting of Existing Systems
• Operate in non-climate controlled environments
• Complete Time Sheets after each job/ticket
