About The Position

We are seeking a technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. This role is hands-on and field-based, focusing on projects with a specialization in Motorized Window Treatments, including measure, installation, programming, maintenance, and service across high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience on construction sites as a Project Manager or Installer, knowledge of the built environment, and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience installing or managing projects with motorized window treatments.
Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestron etc.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems.
Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager or Installer.
Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).
A steady work history (3yrs between hops).
High EQ.

Nice To Haves

Ideally Lutron experience, but experience with Crestron, Somfy, or similar is acceptable.
A PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, manifest, and mark-up plan sets/blueprints and distribute to the team.
Understand, deliver, and troubleshoot the scope of work for roller shades, draperies, and roman shades.
Ensure all work meets the scope of work, plans, company standards, and client expectations.
Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner.
Integrate with home automation systems.
Perform system upgrades, software updates, and field modifications.
Handle service calls, preventative maintenance, and ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.
