About The Position

As a full-time, unarmed Security Guard at a manufacturing and industrial location in Combined Locks, Wisconsin, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and reporting concerns promptly. You will provide customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations and following site-specific policies and protocols. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.80 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, providing customer service and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities according to company and site-specific reporting procedures.
