Security Guard - Part Time - Overnights

About The Position

As a part-time unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Marinette, Wisconsin, you will help safeguard clients and support a safe environment for employees and visitors. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, support access control, report observations, and provide customer service and communication. The role is scheduled overnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 11:59 PM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.25 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor site access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Provide customer service and communicate with employees and visitors.
