About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a logistics and distribution location in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. The position pays $19.50 per hour and follows an overnight schedule: Monday through Wednesday and Saturday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, responding to emergencies.
Respond calmly to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout distribution and warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and delivery-related activity, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Observe and report irregular conditions, damaged property, and operational concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
